Hickman students each have a small stipend to spend on classes with approved vendors or supplemental curriculum. Click links below to find the list of approved vendors, and the form to submit a request for payment of the class your student plans to attend.

To utilize vendor services, parents are requested to contact the vendor directly to obtain scheduling, cost and registration information, indicating that they will be using HCS vendor funds to pay for participation.

- Parents contact the vendor directly to get info on classes and applicable fees. Some vendors have additional specific instructions noted.
- After choosing a vendor class please submit this form: Vendor Student Confirmation
- Keep track of your funds to ensure you don’t overspend.
- Vendors will bill HCS directly. If you go over your available funds, you will be responsible for the overage to the vendor directly.
