Alameda County Resource Center Program

Hickman Charter School's Alameda County Resource Center serves homeschooling families in the area with a variety of types of support and community activities. 

We provide the following:
  • Library of K-8 curriculum with multiple options in all core subject areas and support resources
  • Education Coordinator (a credentialed teacher) to support you in your homeschooling with recommendations, regular meetings, and collaborative review of your student's work and progress
  • Weekly community events throughout the school year
  • A small stipend of Vendor units to assist in paying for extra-curricular classes with our approved vendors
  • State accountability through work samples and annual standardized testing.
