Enrollment Process

1. Fill out an Interest Application
2. Attend a Information Session
3. Review application with a staff member 
4. Complete Registration form and submit all documents to enroll:
  • 2 Proofs of Residence
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record*
  • IEP or 504 Documents (if applicable for Special Ed)
  • Health Exam and Oral Health Form (1st Grade students only)
* As a California public school, Immunization is required for participation in group classes.
