Enrollment Process

We are accepting Interest Applications for the 2021-22 school year. 
1. Fill out an Interest Application
2. Attend a Information/Registration Session (virtual sessions only)
3. Review application with a staff member 
4. Complete Registration form and submit all documents to enroll:
  • 2 Proofs of Residence
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record*
  • IEP or 504 Documents (if applicable for Special Ed)
  • Health Exam and Oral Health Form (1st Grade students only)
* We are able to enroll unvaccinated students, but unvaccinated students will not be able to attend our group classes.
